By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and the Reddio Community Agreement.

By accessing and using Reddio Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such cases, “you” and “your” will also refer to that organization.

2. Eligibility and Consent

To use our Services, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian with the authority to do so and that you agree to these Terms on both your behalf and the minor’s behalf.

Reddio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after any such changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.

4. Overview of Services

Reddio’s Services include but are not limited to:

• Website: The main portal available at https://www.reddio.com/ (“Site”), which provides access to various Reddio Services.

• Reddio Gateway: A web-based interface that allows you to connect your Web3 Wallet and interact with Reddio Mainnet. This includes the ability to bridge digital assets between Ethereum, Reddio Mainnet, and other supported blockchains. Depending on your activities, transactions may be processed directly on Ethereum, Reddio Mainnet, or other blockchains, or routed through third-party applications.

Reddio does not control or own Reddio Mainnet, other Reddio Chains/Forks, or any Web3 Wallets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services without prior notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such actions.

5. Web3 Wallet Usage

To use certain Services, you will need a Web3 Wallet, which facilitates transactions on Ethereum, Reddio Mainnet, or other blockchains. Reddio does not create, operate, or control these Web3 Wallets, and therefore, we do not have access to or control over your wallet contents. Your interactions with any Web3 Wallet are subject to the terms provided by the respective wallet provider.

6. Limited License

Reddio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This license does not allow you to commercially exploit any portion of the Services or create derivative works based on our content without explicit permission from Reddio.
